A message from the Director

I would like to introduce myself as the very enthusiastic and proud, Director of Finger Prints Children’s Centre.

I am a very passionate, Senior Teacher with a Bachelor Degree in Education, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care in progress and more than 20 years of experience in the education and wholistic care of children.

From 2007 to 2017, I worked as the Head of a large Special Education Unit (120 children) for a mainstream Primary School. We were situated in a lower socio-economic area with a very high Refugee population.

While this experience presented many challenges, it was also extremely rewarding. The children and the families with which I had the opportunity to work, taught me many lessons. Perhaps the most important of these lessons was the in-depth knowledge I gained relating to the vital importance of individualising learning experiences for every child.

I am driven to deliver the most exceptional standard of Education and Care to every child, every day. My top priority is to stimulate, challenge, inspire and encourage your child to Laugh, Play, Create, Care, Think and Grow, acknowledging the full potential of each Child and allowing them to flourish.

I sincerely look forward to meeting you

Warmest Regards,

Rebecca King
